My
recent paintings and installations continue my exploration
of materials and painting processes. Paint drops stack up and
form intriguing little piles. These pieces visually relate
to pointillism in an abstract way. The strangeness and density
of the dots intentionally draws in the viewer. This new series
of paintings are purposefully obsessive. The installation pieces
visually relate to the paintings with the multitude of small
plastic pieces utilized.
